The Printentaler with cranberry and marzipan is made from a Printen dough that is left to rest for at least three months before being processed. Combined with original marzipan from Lübeck, aromatic almonds, a splash of rum and covered with finest couverture chocolate, it’s a much-loved Christmas classic in Germany. Best enjoyed in peace!
