New organic spelt-egg wafers in the shelfs of Bio supermarkets

In March Biscuit International started with the delivery of the Linea Natura organic egg wafers 165 g. They are baked with a egg content of 32 %. The recipe contains spelt flour, lupin flour and Bourbon Vanilla to get the special taste and light texture of those new organic and vegetarian wafers. This product will be listed in those German super markets which exclusively sell only organic products.

Organic puff pastry biscuits - Linea Natura Schweinsöhrchen 100g

The German cooky brand Linea Natura which is sold in super markets for organic products launched the product Linea Natura Schweinsöhrchen 100g. This is a classical German pastry product made with 29 % butter. It is a miniature version of a well known backing good sold in all German bakeries and pastry shops. According to an old recipe this crispy pastry is baked with many rolled dough-butter layers.

Biscuit International with new sustainable packaging for flan cakes

In March Biscuit International Germany launched a redesigned Stieffenhofer flan cake product range. In the past the 4 different flan cakes had been produced with PVC and with a paper-aluminium-layer bottom foil. Now the delivery of the redesigned new packaging with opimized sustainablility started. The new folded cartons with transparent foil bag inside are 100 % recyclable with the mono-material used.
